| Leland's Mission Statement
"To accomplish 100% customer satisfaction through innovation, market growth, quality and service" |
| We have come to look at our company through the eyes of our customers - opening new ways of bringing the best service to industry. |
| We accomplish this by strategically locating plants and warehouses, well-maintained equipment, inventories to insure just-in-time deliveries, planning and partnering with our customers and vendors to ensure continuity of supply. |
| Our "Enterprise Resource Planning" software provides the flexibility and resources to ensure instant information to meet industry demands. |
| We have established rigorous benchmarks for quality that surpass the test of today's exacting needs of engineering - whether those tests are based on international standards or by customer demands. We are committed to sustaining the quality of manufacturing that has made us successful. |
All Leland products are traceable to each stage of the manufacturing process. Our QA Lab is accredited under ISO / IEC 17025-1999 for the Fastener Quality Act.
Additionally we are A2LA accredited. When our customers receive a finished product, it comes with a certificate issued by a competent body. Nothing less.
| A considerable amount of capital has been invested in acquiring new machinery, developing manufacturing, multi-component assembly systems and other technological breakthroughs, such as electrostatic powder painting. |
We have over 150 pieces of equipment for heading, thread rolling, slotting, trimming, point forging, shank slotting, cold nut forming, shaving, assembly, painting, and packaging.
In no instance are we restricted or dependent upon one piece or one line of equipment. We have a complete tool room, material handling and inspection department. All equipment is routinely maintained by our in-house service department.
