Panel to wood frame substrate
- Revolutionary design, self drills expansion hole, automatically centers screw in expansion hole, allows installed panels to float, preventing cracking caused by expansion and contraction
- All Master One Steppers are 12-11 diameter with sharp piercing points
- Available with either Hex Washer Heads (1/4” AF) or Low Profile Pancake Heads
- (7/16” O.D.) Quadrex drive, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4”, 2-1/2”
- One Steppers are assembled with Master Seal® 14 mm O.D. aluminum backed cushioning washers
- Available in case Hardened Steel, JS1000 plated or DT2000 Longlife coated
- Carbon steel fasteners are salt spray tested per ASTM B117
- Available in 304 HT High Tensile & 410 Case Hardened Stainless Steel
