Features Unique to MDP Series
- High Hex Head and Mini Drill Point, drills and taps high tensile steel and is also capable of drilling up to 16 gauge, total thickness
- Low profile, #12 Truss Quadrex MDP for up to 14 gauge, are ideally suited for residential roofing applications where fasteners are exposed
- Can be used to attach sheets to metal door frames
- Can be used to secure Master Flash® pipe flashing
- Ideal for residential applications when attaching roof panels to either wood or light steel framing
- Drilling capability eliminates dimpled panels, won’t fracture fiberglass or PVC
- Cuts clean holes – no pigtailing, drills with speeds as low as 1000 RPM

- Nylon headed fasteners are manufactured with two types of head – Colormate® Flexible Flange & Rigid Flange
- Rigid Flange heads are molded from tough thermoplastic nylon resin, reinforced with fiberglass
- Flexible Flange heads are molded from pure nylon
- Flexible Flange heads fasten side wall panels
- Rigid Flange heads with accessory washer fastens roof panels
- The heads are permanently joined to a hardened steel shank by injection molding for an excellent connection and high pull-over values

Panel to wood frame substrate
- Revolutionary design, self drills expansion hole, automatically centers screw in expansion hole, allows installed panels to float, preventing cracking caused by expansion and contraction
- All Master One Steppers are 12-11 diameter with sharp piercing points
- Available with either Hex Washer Heads (1/4” AF) or Low Profile Pancake Heads
- (7/16” O.D.) Quadrex drive, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4”, 2-1/2”
- One Steppers are assembled with Master Seal® 14 mm O.D. aluminum backed cushioning washers
- Available in case Hardened Steel, JS1000 plated or DT2000 Longlife coated
- Carbon steel fasteners are salt spray tested per ASTM B117
- Available in 304 HT High Tensile & 410 Case Hardened Stainless Steel

BUTYL SEALANT
General purpose sealant; ideal for liner panel and other interior / exterior gaps and openings. Remains flexible, resists hardening and cracking. Resilient and paintable.
THERMOPLASTIC, ELASTOMERIC SEALANT
Our best sealant, can be used for face bedding and cap bead in glazing applications. Seals joints in window miter profiles. For siding, it is used in metal and PVC applications, j-trim and perimeter sealing of windows and doors.
